DCAS Human Capital administers a number of programs to introduce recent college graduates to public service; offer resources to employees who serve our country; provide the opportunity for City employees (and their children) to earn scholarships and awards; and to allow employees to give back to their community through their blood donations or contributions to charitable causes.
