Buildings and Office Space

DCAS manages 55 public buildings, including providing security, maintenance, and construction services. These buildings are home to an array of city government agencies, various courts, and private tenants.

In addition to providing facilities management for City buildings, DCAS also leases private office and other space on behalf of the City of New York. DCAS negotiates leases for these facilities and ensures agencies have the space they need at the best possible value for the public.
