Seated within the Office of the Executive Deputy Commissioner of Asset & Property Management, the Tenant Relations team is the primary liaison between Asset & Property Management and tenants in City-owned buildings ensuring streamlined responses and an improved customer service experience. Tenant Relations serves as one of the main points of contact for all tenant requests, inquiries, and issue resolution.
