Energy Efficiency Retrofit Projects

DCAS is working to reduce energy usage and emissions associated with City buildings through both operational improvements and energy efficiency projects. To date, DCAS has implemented a broad variety of energy efficiency projects at City facilities, working closely with our agency and non-agency partners. Since many of the City's buildings were built years ago, there are many opportunities to upgrade inefficient lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation (HVAC) systems with more efficient technology.
