Agency Language Access Plans and Contacts

Updated April 2025

This page provides centralized links to Language Access Implementation Plans (LAIP) from covered City agencies. Local Law 30 of 2017 requires each covered agency to develop and update its Language Access Implementation Plan at least every three years. The Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA) language access team consults with agencies as they develop their plans.

These plans explain how the agency will provide language access services to people with limited English proficiency. They outline the agency's language access policies, procedures, and resources for ensuring meaningful access to programs and services.

For questions about the plans, please contact the respective agency's Language Access Coordinator or the MOIA's language access team languageaccessnyc@moia.nyc.gov.

Agency plans are available in English only. Language assistance is available for agency services and information. For assistance, please contact the respective agency's Language Access Coordinator.
