Engineering Audit Office

The Engineering Audit Office (EAO) independently audits and certifies all approved contract and contract change (change order) payments requested for work performed for construction, equipment, and related consultant services by DDC contractors and consultants prior to payments by the City of New York. The office includes the Audit Unit and the Prevailing Wage Unit.​
