Parking / camera violation refunds

The Department of Finance issues refunds for parking overpayments to the registered owner of the vehicle within 30 business days of the overpayment.

You can complete a refund form to ensure that the refund is issued promptly and correctly. If we do not receive a refund form, any system-issued parking refunds will be sent via check to the vehicle's registrant at the address on file.

Please note that if you are owed a refund but have outstanding violations in judgment, we will apply any overpayments to your outstanding judgments. You can only receive a refund if there are remaining overpayments after these violations are satisfied.
