| Starting today,
Tuesday, September 14th, the Department of Buildings will not
require applicants to pay any fees for filings and permits for
repair work associated with damage caused by the remnants of
Tropical Storm Ida. This fee waiver is pursuant to an executive
order issued by Mayor Bill de Blasio. The emergency
executive order is designed to aid in the city's recovery from
Ida, and remove barriers for New Yorkers who need to make
repairs to their homes and places of business.

				Read our Service Notice

Read Mayoral Emergency Executive Order No. 235 If fees were paid
for filings or permits for work due to damage caused by Ida from
September 1st to September 13th, a refund can be requested. |
