Building owners are required by Local Law 33 to post a building energy efficiency rating label. If you have been issued a violation for failing to comply, violations must be paid or challenged in DOB NOW: Safety.

To log into DOB NOW, all users need an active eFiling account. To create an eFiling account, visit the DOB NOW Registration page at www.nyc.gov/dobnowtips for assistance.
Once you are logged in, you may choose to either pay or challenge the Energy Grade Violation. Visit
