					Benchmarking 
					Compliance Deadline Extended to June 1, 2021

							2021 Benchmarking compliance deadline for the 2020 
							calendar year data reporting has been extended.
							 
							Property owners who were required to submit their 
							CY2020 benchmarking information by May 1, 2021, now 
							have until June 1, 2021 to submit a fully

							DOB NOW: Build, large 
							New Building (NB) and Alteration-CO (Alt-CO) 
							jobs are being assigned to the 
							
							Development Hub

							Jobs assigned to the Development Hub include: 
								
								NB applications for projects 7-stories or greater, 
							100,000 sq. ft. or greater, or High-Rise pursuant to BC 403.
								Alt-CO applications with enlargement or 
							significant partial demolition scope for buildings
							with 7-stories or greater, 100,000 sq. ft. or 
							greater, or High-Rise pursuant to BC 403. DOB 
							is offering pre-development consultations 
							to help clarify complex project scopes and 
							overall development strategies for projects that
							
							meet certain criteria.
                            Applicants seeking a consultation should submit a 
							
							Pre-Development 
							Consultation Request before 
							submitting the initial filing in DOB NOW. 
							Additional Training for BIS Schedule of Occupancy in 
							DOB NOW: Build DOB 
							is continuing to offer free online training sessions 
							in April and May to provide guidance on how to enter 
							Schedules of Occupancy for BIS jobs in DOB NOW:
