Over the next few weeks, DOB will be offering live Q&A sessions online for DOB NOW users who have questions about the new features and filing procedures following the December 28, 2020 launch. There will also be a review of frequently asked questions from prior trainings. The sessions will be offered on the following dates and times:

*Chimneys supporting gas and/or oil heating appliances can become blocked and cause flue gasses to be backed up into the living space. Flue gasses are hazardous to occupants and can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. DOB strongly recommends that building owners perform annual inspections of the clean out at the base of chimneys that support fuel-fired heating appliances.
